- Daily physical preparation at the gym (cardio, strength, speed) with trainers
- Position specific training (goalkeepers, defensive, offensive positions)

- Day camps run from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

- Daily physical preparation at the gym (cardio, strength, speed) with trainers

The Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Residential Camps are under the supervision of certified Paris Saint-Germain coaches having accumulated their expertise and knowledge at the Paris Saint-Germain Headquarters in Paris.
The coaching team arriving from Paris is equipped with the resources and capabilities to bring the excellence of European soccer to the USA.
Players will have direct access to the Paris Saint-Germain coaches, the world-class Paris Saint-Germain training methodology, and the invisible training programs, replicating the daily schedules and routines applied for the professional club in Paris.
Each coach is a youth development expert with extensive experience in shaping elite players. From the preparation to the matches, players are guaranteed to receive an authentic and intensive introduction to the Paris Saint-Germain Academy methodology.
COACHING
The Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Residential Camps are supervised by the Paris Saint Germain USA technical director, UEFA PRO licensed, Raul Escoin and his team of professional Paris Saint-Germain Academy certified soccer coaching staff.
All coaches hold the highest European licenses or US equivalent and are youth development experts with extensive experience.

Raul Escoin, Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Technical Director (UEFA Pro licensed).
Raul has more than 20 years of experience in Europe and in the U.S. He is the former Head Coach of FC Barcelona (FCB Escola), former Strength and Conditioning Head Coach and Coaching Coordinator of Villareal CF and is the current Paris Saint-Germain Academy USA Technical Director.
